The Mobile Cartoon! Museum presents the first of its special guest lecture series, featuring Pittsburgh-native mangaka RaiZArts. RaiZ will give a lecture taking you through his journey of freelancing and teaching comics in Pittsburgh alongside the journeys he's had to Japan and beyond. The event will be structured as an interactive seminar with a mixture of powerpoint presentation, show & tell, live art demos, and group discussion about how to grow a career as a freelance illustrator and comics artist in Pittsburgh, one of the best cities in America to do so!
